Join HKS’s W3D 2022 Academic Year Mentorship program by signing up to serve as an alumni mentor!

We welcome Harvard alumni from all programs with 7+ total years of relevant work experience in defense, diplomacy, or development. (Note, not all 7 years need to be post-graduate school, but mentors should have 7+ years of combined relevant experience.) Mentors are required to be active listeners and strategic communicators who can offer objective guidance, encouragement, coaching, and support.

Applications are due by 11:59 pm ET on Monday, October 31. The program will commence on November 7 when matches are distributed and will continue through the end of May 2023.

The W3D mentorship program is open to all gender identities.
