Tiffany Thompson has over two decades of experience supporting and celebrating social impact leaders, dedicating her career to youth development, economic mobility, and Black liberation. As Chief Impact Officer at The CAFE Group, Tiffany develops strategies to impact students, leaders, and communities by ensuring nonprofit leaders of color inform and influence the future of the philanthropic ecosystem. Before joining The CAFE Group, Tiffany was the Senior Director of Thought Leadership at Echoing Green, where she co-produced Echoing Green's award-winning documentary, Unwavering: The Power of Black Innovation, to highlight existing innovations among Black nonprofit leaders and their love for their communities and to spark dialogue among philanthropic institutions about inequitable giving practices. Tiffany was named a top 100 Black leader by the Black Youth Project and received a Philadelphia NAACP Humanitarian Award for her advocacy and volunteer work for young people.
Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Science from Temple University, and a Masters in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School, where she was a Sheila C. Johnson Fellow at the Center for Public Leadership.
