Dean's Discussion: What Happened in Afghanistan During the Past Two Decades?

Please join us for the first session of Women in the Military co-hosted by AFC and W3D, where we will explore the civ-mil divide, the gender divide, and the hierarchical divide, as it pertains to America’s military and politics. We will kickstart this series with a Q&A with General (ret.) Lori J. Robinson for an online event.

Gen. Robinson served for 37 years and retired in 2018 as Commander, United States Northern Command and North American Aerospace Defense Command (USNORTHCOM). She is the first woman in U.S. history to lead a combatant command. Throughout the Q&A, Gen Robinson will share her insights about leadership and public service with a focus gender-specific challenges, and her journey to becoming one of the highest-ranking female officers in history.
